This notice covers the workflow-review form on Outflow's website. Outflow is a service of Frick Form LLC.
What we collect
Your name, work email, optional phone number, company, team, current tools, workflow description, estimated volume, team time, process owner, desired result and the Outflow page or private concept that led to the request. Please do not submit passwords, customer records, confidential order details or regulated personal data.
Why we collect it
We use the information to assess whether the workflow may fit Outflow's service, prepare for a conversation and contact you about that request. Submitting the form does not create a contract, accept pricing or authorize access to your systems.
Where it goes
The form writes directly to a restricted Cloud Firestore collection inside Outflow's Google Cloud/Firebase project. Website visitors cannot read, edit or delete submitted inquiries through the site. Google may process ordinary service and security metadata needed to operate Firebase.
How long we keep it
We keep an inquiry while evaluating and handling the request, then remove it when it is no longer needed. Our operating target is no more than 12 months after the last relevant contact unless an agreement, legal duty or dispute requires a different period.
Sharing and training
We do not sell inquiry data. The website form does not send the answers to an AI model. We do not use inquiry content to train a public model. If a later project would use another service or model, that data path must be disclosed and agreed before access is enabled.
Your choices
You can decline to submit the form. During a conversation, you can ask Outflow to correct or delete the inquiry. You can also stop discussions at any time. Access to customer systems, if ever proposed, is a separate written decision.
